Scrabble® Board Ordering Process
Computer mock-ups of any board
idea are available
at no charge.
Once a mock-up has been customer approved, production can begin. Since each board is custom-painted and one-of-a-kind, payment must be received before production will begin.
After the board has been painted, an email picture will be sent for approval. Any board can be changed before the scrabble grid is attached and no board will receive its' final glazing until the painting has been approved.
Once the grid is attached and
the final glazing has occurred, no changes can be made and the board will be
shipped, insured,
through FedEx Ground.
It takes approximately 2-4 weeks to complete and ship an order, however, due to the number of orders that may currently be in-house, turn around time can vary. Please email for a delivery time estimate.

When ordering custom tiles, it helps to have the exact RGB color value for the shade you desire. Just saying "Blue" tiles could mean any shade of blue. One of the most comprehensive color code listings can be found at this website: http://www.pitt.edu/~nisg/cis/web/cgi/rgb.html
You may also want to print a copy of the desired shade before ordering, as some shades print differently than they appear on a computer monitor. Due to differences in printers and paper used, exact shades of the finished tiles may vary slightly.
When ordering, please list the
RGB value and color name, for both the background and the letter, in the text
box on the order page.
You can also specify a graphic image, color, names
or initials for the back of the tiles.
